America since the Attack on the World Trade Center Essay
Ever since Osama Bin Laden attacked the World Trade Center, America has not been the same. The nationââ¬â¢s ideas of patriotism, democracy and worldviews have changed dramatically, though not for the better. The United States government has become more aggressive, selfish, and suspicious. As our government is becoming more aggressive, the more violent and false patriotism is being portrayed in our media today. Hertsgaard, and Medved discuss about the mediaââ¬â¢s contribution to the negative image of America. Hertsgaard examines the word ââ¬Å"terrorismâ⬠and how it is being over used by our media.
